Not the miracles, mysticism and philosophy, but those who obey the word of Christ of eternal life can have a right religion of Christ. Christ has prophesized that he will appear 2nd time to them.

Heb 9:28 so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, bit to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

2nd coming Jesus will appear again to give a salvation just like his 1st coming in 2,000 years ago. The truth of salvation is a new covenant such as the Passover in 2,000 years ago (Jn 6:53, Mat 26:17~28). 5,000 peoples who are looking for the miracles were left when they heard the word of promise of eternal life. However, the disciples who are looking for the salvation was followed Jesus when they heard the word of promise of eternal life. Only the Christ can give us the word of eternal life. The saints of Church of God believe in 2nd coming Christ, Christ Ahnsahnghong who gives us the word of eternal life.

Jn 6:66~69 From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him. ”You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve. Simon Peter answered him, ”Load, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We believe and know that you are the Holy One of God.

But, pure religion of eternal life and salvation to the Christ was contaminated seriously during 2,000 years pass through after the apostle age. When the belief of foreign country’s religion, mysticism and philosophy was mixed with pure religion, They have forgotten their own pure religion of receiving salvation when they only obey the word of the Christ.

Furthermore, the Catholic Church who is biggest in the world has crushed basic difference among other religions under the slogan of “Even type is different, the mind to seeking the truth is one” to tolerate other religion. After all, the religion of Christ is recognized just one of many religions.

Why the peoples are believe in the Christ? Is it because the vague expectancy that they can receive the blessing when they believe it just like believing other god? Is it because the religion give us the peace of mind? Otherwise, does the church makes good mood?

First, when we have exact purpose of believing the Christ, we can have exact belief to the Christ. The Christ means ”Anointed received characters” and also means the Savior who will save the human, too. Thus, the main reason of believing the Christ is, he save our soul.

In 2,000 years ago, there are lots of people who saw the mysterious faculty such as a miracle and mystery and follow the Jesus. However, they left the Jesus when Jesus gave the word of salvation. It is because they do not have exact purpose of believing the Christ. But, the apostles like Peter follow Jesus forever because there is true blessing, eternal life.

Isa 25:6~9 On this mountain the Load almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples, a banquet of aged wine. The best of meats and the finest wines… he will swallow up death forever… in that day they will say, “Surely this is our God, We trusted in him, and he saved us”

The banquet of aged wine, the Passover was introduced again for eternal life by Christ Ahnsahnghong. There is only the God who has the right of eternal life.

When we take the tree of life, we will live forever. By the way, Jesus tells us we can live forever when we eats his flesh and blood. Thus, ‘Jesus flesh and blood’ is ‘the tree of life’ in Eden. ‘Jesus flesh and blood’ is the bread and wine of the Passover(Mt26, Mark14, Lk22)

Therefore, those who believe the promise of Jesus and whoever eat and drink the Passover will receive eternal life.

But, this precious truth, the Passover was abolished by Roman Catholic at AD325 in the council of Nicaea. The Passover abolishment means we lost the tree of life again, and lost the hope of eternal life. So, God have to be here again to lead us the way of salvation and he did.

It means we can live forever when we eat the fruit of the tree of life. But God placed cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life to protect it. Then, who can lead us to the tree of life? It is surely only God.

Now, what is the fruit of the tree of life? How can we get the eternal life, we can not go to the Eden and eat the tree of life though.   

Jn 6:53~54 Jesus said to them, “ I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life and I will raise him up at the last day.”

The things we have to consider here is, they did not die right at that time. As everybody think, the tree of knowledge of good and evil do not have a poision or something. Eating it or not means obey or not to God’s command.

Gen 3:22~24 And the Lord God said ‘ The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever. So, the Load God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

The people is interested in eating very much. When we turn on the Television, there are many programs introducing delicious food, the recipe and restaurants.  Having taste food makes really happy.

There is one thing Interesting.  Sad story in peaceful Eden caused by eating. TheGod command not to eat ”the tree of Knowledge of good and evil” from the treesin Eden garden because he will die when it eaten. Everybody know that tree is ’ the tree of knowledge of good and evil’. But, the human eat that fruit.

Whole in the world, Church of God World Mission Society which was established by 2nd coming Jesus, Christ Ahnsahnghong is the only church who celebrates the Passover according to new covenant rules.

The church who teaches the tree of knowledge of good and evil, the cause of death is not the church of salvation. The church who teaches the news of true salvation to receive eternal life and deliver the truth of the tree of life is the right church of salvation. The Bible have prophesied 2^nd coming Christ will lead us to the way of salvation again.

This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”

The tree of life which leads eternal life is a parable and the true nature is the fleshand blood of Jesus. And he promised us his flesh and blood as the Passover’s bread and wine.

Mat 26:17~19 On the first of the feast of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Jesus and asked, where do you want us to make preparations for you to eat the Passover? He replied, “ Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, ‘ The Teacher says : My appointed time is near, I am going to celebrate the Passover with my disciples at your house.” So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared thePassover.

Jesus Himself direct his disciples to prepared the Passover. And he kept the Passover with them.

Mat 13:34~35 Jesus spoke all these things to the crowd in parables, he did not say anything to them without using a parable. So was fulfilled what was spoken through the prophet. : I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter things hidden since the creation of the world.”

Jesus revealed the secret of the tree of life from things hidden since the creation of the world like below,

The Bible said, although the human who have to die because they ate the tree of knowledge of good and evil can receive eternal life when they eat the tree of life.

The only way to get eternal life for the human who have to die because of the crime of the tree of knowledge of good and evil is the tree oflife. Then, what is the tree of life that leads us eternal life? Jesus mentioned that he by himself will utter things hidden since the creation of the world.

Gen 2:9 And the LORD God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground- trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge ofgood and evil.

What are the role of the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil?

Gen 2:16~17 And the Lord God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden, but you must not eat from the tree if theknowledge of good and evil. For when you eat of it you will surely die”

The tree of the knowledge ofgood and evil makes death when eats it. But, ancient serpent called the devil is deluded Adam and Eve to eat it. As a result, all human kind is putted to death. Then, how can we live again?

Human life is full of the pain and sorrow of death. The Bible tell us the reason of death is from the crime of the treeof the knowledge of good and evil in the Garden of Eden.

Rome 5:12 Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned

By the way, most Christian know the tree ofthe knowledge of good and evil, but they do not know about the tree of life which lead is eternal life when we eat.

In Numbers28: 9-10, it reads, On the Sabbath day, make an offering of two lambs a year old without defect, together with its drink offering and grain offering of two tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil. This is the burnt offering for every Sabbath in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering. 

They were to bring two perfect lambs every Sabbath. In mathematical terms, 2 lambs every Sabbath multiplied by 52 weeks or Sabbaths in a year is 104 perfect one year lambs a year. How difficult! Not only did the lambs have to be without blemish but they also needed to be one year old and brought every Sabbath. We understand to this point that they couldn't do any work or be put to death and also two perfect year old lambs were to be brought every Sabbath. There was another offering....

On the Sabbath day, a man was gathering wood and as a result God told the Israelites to stone him to death. If we think about the situation, the man may have been gathering wood to cook for his family or to start a fire in order to keep warm. However, God deemed it as work and the result was death. How difficult and strict was it to keep from doing any work? But because God said, it was necessary to follow. Not only could you not work on the Sabbath but there was another regulation in keeping the Sabbath.

What does God consider work on the Sabbath day?

In Numbers 15:32-36, it reads, While the Israelites were in the desert, a man was found gathering wood on the Sabbath day. Those who found him gathering wood brought him to Moses and Aaron and the whole assembly and they kept him in custody, because it was not clear what should be done to him. Then the Lord said to Moses, "The man must die. The whole assembly must stone him outside the camp." So the assembly took him outside the camp and stoned him to death, as the Lord commanded Moses.

Observe the Sabbath becuase it is holy to you. Anyone who desecrates it must be put to death;whoever does any work on that day must be cut off from His people. For six days, work is to be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord. Whoever does any work on the Sabbathday must be put to death.

In verse 14,anyone who desecrates the Sabbath, is put to death.

In verse 15, whoever works on the Sabbath day is put to death. Hence, to desecrate the Sabbath is to work on the Sabbath. However, what is work? If I move a pencil from one end of the table to the other end, is that what God considers work? Although it does not require a lot of effort, we need to understand and accept God's viewpoint on what work is.

In Exodus 31:12-13, it reads, Then the Lord said to Moses, Say to the Israelites, you must observe my Sabbaths. This will be a sign between you and Me for the generations to come, so you may know that I am the Lord, who makes you holy.

 At this time, Jehovah God gave the Israelites a command. God did not suggest or ask for them to observe His Sabbaths but He said you Must observe Sabbaths. Why? By keeping God's Sabbaths we get a sign between God and us. Recalling God's messsage in Genesis 2:1-3, God promised rest, blessings and holiness on the 7th Sabbath (Saturday). How amazing because we also realize that God also promised a sign between us and Him by observing the Sabbath. God acknowledges us on the Sabbath day! If we continue in verses14-15, it reads,

Since the priesthood changed from the order of Aaron to the orderof Melchizedek, what else changed? 

In Hebrews 7:12, it reads, For when there is a change of the priesthood, there must also be a change of the law.

 As we can see, something changed not abolished. When we can think about the word "order" as in the order of Melchizedek, what does it signify? Basically, the way or manner it which something was kept from the Old Testament to the New Testament. In order to understand the change, we need to understand how it changed from the Old Testamentto the New Testament. Then, in order to understand how Sabbath is kept in accordance with the example that Jesus Christ taught us, we need to understand how it was kept in the Old Testament.

In Hebrews 7:11, it reads, If perfection could have been attained through the Levitical priesthood( for on the base of it the law was given to the people) why was there still need for another priest to come-one in the order of Melchizedek, not in the order of Aaron?

 In the beginning of this verse, we see a condition, IF. The Levitical priesthood found in the Old Testament was given through theorder of Aaron , the high priest and the law was given to the people. 

However, if the Levitical priesthood was not perfect, then what happened? Another priest came not in the order of Aaron but in the orderof Melchizedek. Then, who came as the the high priest in the order ofMelchizedek?

Jesus Christ, 2000 years ago, showed us Christians many examples as He said in John 13:15, I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. In one of my first blogs, we saw thru the Bible, that the Sabbath day not Sunday is the true day of worship. God's promises rest, blessings and holiness on the the 7th day (Saturday) as mentioned in Genesis 2:1-3. However in keeping the Sabbath day, many think that it was abolished by Jesus Christ 2000 years ago. We have to get confirmation thru the Bible if Jesus abolished the Sabbath or did He do somthing else.

In the book of Matthew 5:17-18 it reads, Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.

Jesus said that He did not come to abolish the Law or the Prophets but to fulfill them. The Law and the Prophets is found in the Old Testament. He didn't come to abolish the Old Testament but fulfill it. 

Therefore, the status of the Old Testament was unfulfilled, incomplete and imperfect. When Jesus Christ came, He came to fulfill, complete and make perfect the law in the New Testament. We need to understand what happened to the law of the Sabbath.

We can see through the bible that Saturday is the 7th day ofthe week. That is why Church of God World Mission Society keep the Sabbath on the true worship day Saturday. It is so important for us to keep the day according to God not ourselves because we all sinners. 

Sabbath day is a sign between us and God. Exodus 31:13 this will be a sign for generations to come so we should keep the Sabbath for we can have a sign between us and God. I am so excited that I will be keeping my first Sabbath in Church of God.

As we know, many Christians celebrate easter which also known as Easter: a feast that commemorates Christ’s resurrection and is observed with variations of date due to different calendars on the first Sunday after the paschal full moon. As we know easter always falls on a sunday which represents resurrection of Christ. So let us see according to the bible what day did Jesus resurrect.

Mark 16:9 Jesus rose on first day of theweek, which is sunday. NLT: ⁹ After Jesus rose from the dead early on Sunday morning. We can see through the bible that sunday is the first dayof the week but lets confirm.

Mark 16:1-2 When the Sabbath (saturday) was over, very early on the first day (sunday) of theweek.

Genesis 2:1-3 If you think about it, does God almighty who created the heavens and the earth need rest? No, does God need to be blessed? No, does God need to be made Holy? No. I know I need these things, God made this for us. Since the creation God has set aside a specific day for us to receive rest, blessing, and be made holy. This sounds very important.

Exodus 20:8-11 It is so important that is part of the 10 commandments. If you believe would you follow these 10 commandments. According to the 10 commandments the 7th day is a Sabbath to the Lord our God. Sabbath – a day of rest and worship. We know the the 7th day is the day of rest but how can we determine what is the 7th day.

Let us look at a calendar which we use in our daily life.  By looking at the calendar we know that Sunday is the first day of the week and saturday is the 7th day of the week. To confirm even more let us go to another source. The Dictionary.

Using the Merriam-Webster Dictionary Sunday: First day of the week Saturday: Seventh Day of the week. Dictionary is a very reliable source would you deny definitions? But all of these are man-made, I want to know what is the 7th day of the week according to God.

I am so excited as I am getting ready to go to my first Sabbath day service. I cannot wait until tomorrow for this great day on which I can receive blessings, rest and be made holy. Now that I know the true sabbathday according to the bible is saturday I will make every effort to go everysaturday.

This day is so amazing because right after creation God rested, blessed, and made the 7th day holy.

Only the one who uncovers the hidden manna (Passover not celebrated for a long time) can be recognized as the true 2nd Coming Christ. This is why Christ Ahn Sahng Hong is proved to be the true 2nd Coming Christ and it just so happens that the church He established is the only one keeping the Passover of the New Covenant.

In the Church of God World Mission Society we are in the sameplace as the disciples 2000 years ago –  the ones rejected by the world but chosen by God.

This is the word of Jesus Christ (Rev. 1:1). So this name will be Jesus’ newname. His name will be used in the last days, which is the time of the HolySpirit. This is why Jesus said 2000 years ago about the Holy Spirit having a name (Matt. 28:18-20). 

Only when God comes into the flesh does He give us a new name. As Christ has come as the stone but He came in the flesh, so God said He will come in the last days giving us a new name on a white stone (Rev. 2:17).

However, God already planned to come in the future of that time as a child and son (Isa. 9:6) and gave the sign by which we can recognize that God has come into the earth – the one reigning on David’s throne (Isa. 9:7). Yet when God fulfilled His purposed prophecy, coming into the flesh (Luke 3:31-22), did He still use the name Jehovah? No, He began using the name of Jesus. SO at that time it was Jesus’ name only that could save us. (Acts 4:10-12).

Likewise, God said that when He comes again in the last days He will use a new name.

Rev. 3:11 I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. The one who is victorious I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will they leave it. I will write on them the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on them my newname.

It’s only human to reject the unfamiliar. However, just because something is unfamiliar does not make it wrong. Especially concerning salvation in the Bible. I find it interesting how people are so quick to reject the 2nd Coming of Christ Ahn Sahng Hong when they themselves have not yet studied the prophecies of the 2nd Coming Christ according to the Bible. One in particular is the name that God will use to save His people.

In the time of the Old Testament, only the name that existed as God’s name was Jehovah. So the Bible said at that time only the name of Jehovah can save them. (Isa. 43:10-12).

Then, from where will the redemption work start by the Savior who brings us the Passover?

It is written in Revelation chapter 7 that it will start from the east from where the sun rises.

§     Revelation 7:2  Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal of the living God. He called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea:

Here, ‘the seal of the living God’ also indicates the Passover truth. Therefore, the Savior who destroys the Spiritual Babylon through the Passover truth will appear from the east, from where the sun rises this is directly from the Island of Patmos where the apostle John received the revelation. To teach us the appearance of this Savior, the history about King Cyrus in the Old Testament exists as a shadow.
